Credo

Qué bonito es no hacer nada, y luego descansar.
How beautiful it is to do nothing, and then rest afterward.
—Spanish Proverb

Analog lunch with Colonel Winard

I had been reluctant to go back to the third generation of Yamo, which now serves Burmese food and which had sorely disappointed the last time I went. The place redeemed itself this time around. It's also returned to it's pleasantly and authentically divey roots. After drinking green tea with our tea leaf salad, I convinced Elliot that he had to imbibe yet another incarnation of caffeine, the Black Sea Oolong bubble milk tea at Chamalyn, on 19th St. Seven different kinds of tea and roasted malt makes the stuff taste like some crack-infused mix of tea, coffee, and chocolate. Go get some. Right now.

All the great stuff made to make you happy
